Butterfly valves are characterized by a wide range of applications in various industries, intended for fluid transmission networks, in the food, brewing, processing, paper industries, as well as in shipbuilding and heating construction. The butterfly valve can be used as a regulating or shut-off valve, within the range of the disc position angle between 30° and 70°, the flow characteristic is linear.
