S\u0142oneczna 36.  <\/li>\n<li>The administrator processes the following categories of your personal data:<br \/>2.1 name, surname,<br \/>2.2 correspondence address,<br \/>2.3 adress e-mail,<br \/>2.4 telephone number, fax number,<br \/>2.5 numbers: NIP, REGON, KRS,<br \/>2.6 bank account number,<br \/>2.7 payment and debt information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:<br \/>3.1 direct marketing,<br \/>3.2 implementations concluded with Z.P.A.P AKWA Sp. z o. o. contracts, <br \/>3.3 performance of obligations imposed on Z.P.A.P AKWA Sp. z o. o. legal obligations (in particular: issuing and storing invoices\/sales documents and other accounting documents, considering complaints) <br \/>3.4 determining, defending and pursuing claims,<br \/>3.5 verification of payment credibility.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>The basis for the processing of your personal data is:<br \/>4.1 within the scope of the purpose specified in point. 3.1. \u2013 legally justified interest pursued by Z.P.A.P AKWA Sp. z o. o., consisting in running a business and expanding the sales market for the offered goods &#8211; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,   <br \/>4.2 within the scope of the purpose indicated in point 3.2. \u2013 performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or taking action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract \u2013 Art. 6 section 1 point b) GDPR,  <br \/>4.3 within the scope of the purpose indicated in point 3.3. \u2013 fulfillment of the legal obligation imposed on Z.P.A.P AKWA Sp. z o. o. \u2013 art. 6 section 1 point c) GDPR,    <br \/>4.4 within the scope of the purpose indicated in point 3.4. &#8211; legally justified interest pursued by Z.P.A.P AKWA Sp. z o. o., consisting in running a business and expanding the sales market for the offered goods, Art. 6 section 1 point f) GDPR,    <br \/>4.5 within the scope of the purpose indicated in point 3.5. \u2013 legally justified interest pursued by Z.P.A.P AKWA Sp. z o. o., consisting in running a business and expanding the sales market for the offered goods, Art. 6 section 1 point f) GDPR.    <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the administrator&#8217;s tasks and to fulfill the archiving obligation arising from legal provisions, including accounting provisions.
